i refunded chose wallet as stated it was the faster method, got email next day it has been added to your wallet. it has not, not once . what is this a scam or something?

i feel like someone has not sent it to me and pocketed this amount instead. made 2 tickets and no response.

this has lost all my want to spend on this platform as not only the game being disingenuously high rated but this refund issue as well.

Be reassured, there are no scams with GOG. The issue lies elsewhere: take a screenshot of the refund confirmation message and be patient. The responses can be very long.

Just to make certain there's not a terminology issue at play: The GOG wallet is a balance held by GOG which you can use to pay for other games. If you go to https://www.gog.com/en/wallet - the balance shown there does not include the money you paid for the game? No, it sounds like a bug. The refund to wallet process is nearly completely automatic, so it sounds like something simply went wrong there, which will need a human to have a look, which takes time. How long ago did you make those tickets? GOG support is sadly understaffed and will take a while to get to your tickets (could be two or even three weeks, which is not good if it really takes that long - hopefully payment-related issues have higher priority in their queue so it won't take quite that long - I've never had any so I don't know) - but they will make it right. That is something I have absolute confidence in.
