Unfortunately, in the past, GOG had allowed users to 'purchase' (at no cost) The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free DLC Program without actually owning the 'Standard Edition' of 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt'; I believe that this is the cause of your issue.

Recently, in preparation for the upcoming (2026-09-29) 'Remastered' upgrade, said 'Standard Edition' entry (which appears in the library even if only the aforementioned 'Free DLC Program' product had been obtained) had been renamed to 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition'.

In essence, I hypothesize that, at one point in time, you had 'bought' the zero-cost 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free DLC Program' item, and now, due to the previously mentioned alterations by GOG staff, you are unable to even expand the details of the associated library entry (prior to these changes, it did indeed expand, with a message indicating that the required product ('The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt') has not yet been purchased).

To confirm the above, within your Orders History, perform a search for:
witcher
It is likely that the only result related to 'The Witcher 3' will be: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free DLC Program

If so, you will see a listing similar to this, and, while hovering your mouse over said order, if you select the drop-down arrow [v], followed by [VIEW RECEIPT], a page resembling this will be shown.

If this has been verified, and you would prefer not to see this library entry (it can not be hidden via the usual means), there is the option to contact GOG, and request that they remove 'The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Free DLC Program' product from your account.
